Paul Barney is a Colorado native who grew up on the Front Range near Golden, CO where he was first introduced to the construction industry. On the weekends he would help his father do home improvements on rental properties and investment real estate.  After graduating from the University of Colorado in 1989 with a Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Paul moved to Steamboat Springs, CO where he got his masters degree in skiing and rafting. He made it to Crested Butte in 1993 where he and his siblings built their first home from scratch, which won the BOZAR (Board of Zoning and Architectural Review) “house of the year” award for the town of Crested Butte.

When Paul isn’t working, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors skiing, camping, rafting and spending time with his wife and two children.

“I want all of my clients to know that I am involved in every aspect of all of our building projects to ensure the highest quality product,” says Paul. “I have personally designed and built many of the projects that you see in our photo gallery from start to finish. I take great pride and enjoyment in formulating ideas and turning them into reality.
